📦 Creation & Turnaround

1. Hand Painted to Order: Please allow 5–7 business days for your nails to be meticulously crafted before they are dispatched.
2. Quality Check: Every set undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our "1st Place" standard before it leaves the studio.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail to ensure your luxury sets arrive safely and can be followed every step of the way:

1. UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
2. USA & International: Sent via International Tracked.

🌍 International Customers (USA & Beyond)

We love shipping our art worldwide! Please note the following:

1. Adhesive Policy: Due to strict international postal regulations, nail glue cannot be shipped outside of the UK. All international orders will receive high-quality adhesive tabs instead.
2. Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your set has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can watch your butterflies (or leopards!) fly to your door.
